Over the past 40 years, I’ve had the privilege of coming alongside leaders in helping them figure out how to do so more effectively. My approach has been contextualized to each leader’s needs. In today’s digitalized society, it’s helpful to have a coach as a part of one’s relational community. I have the unique ability to combine soul care and leadership advising in my coaching style.
